Ryan Mell's New Water Ram

Ryan Mell hunted with his father, and well respected, long time sheep hunter/guide Mike on his desert bighorn sheep hunt this past December. Ryan past many rams throughout this 12 day hunt, looking for the right ram. After spotting this great old ram , Ryan decided this was it!

Ryan had quite a crew back at camp and in the field, including: Mike Mell, Ed Shannahan, Larry Heathington, Mark Bensley,  George Bravo, Josh Sprung, Curtis Letner, Troy Scott, and Travis Scott. We all enjoyed a great meal by Rick Goodell and took our time celebrating the only way a ram is celebrated!

I want to thank Ryan and Mike for making us feel right at home and welcome! I am looking forward to as many days in the field as the years bring. It was definitely an honor for Troy and I to be in camp with so much sheep hunting history!
